Judy and John McDaniel are owners of JHM Marketing in Albany, OR. JHM offers
consulting and training services for the industry. They
also own and operate Moments Remembered, a retail personalized gift shop
with two locations. They are regular columnists for several trade
publications, focusing on hardware design, software reviews, and various
processes from a user’s point of view.
Before they entered the personalized products business, John worked for
many years with computers in electronic data processing.
He pioneered the use of CorelDraw for engraving applications; and
he has been using it since 1989. In
the past, he’s been an advisor to Corel Corporation on how they might
improve their product to suit the needs of the industry; and has been on
their beta team.
Judy’s
background includes art and retail sales.
They have been
teaching CorelDRAW for engraving, sandblasting, sublimation, etc. since
1991 and are Corel Training Partners.
Currently,
they offer
private training at their facility in Albany and on location for
corporate customers. They
also offer group training at trade shows and other events
